In our boulder gym, you can climb independently or with the help of an instructor, but you can also choose group or personal training. Under the age of 14, the gym may only be used under parental or coach supervision. Under the age of 18, a parental consent form is required.
If you haven’t tried this sport yet and are entering the vertical world for the first time, we advise you to ask for help from our instructors at the reception, who will explain the basics in 10-15 minutes. The climbing routes are built from holds of the same color, making them easy for anyone to follow. Six levels of difficulty guarantee that everyone will find the right challenge for them.
The height of the walls is a maximum of 4.5 meters. We do not use safety equipment; falls are cushioned by a continuous, 40 cm thick special foam mat located under the walls. If you are a beginner, please ask for help in learning falling techniques, and before jumping down, please climb lower whenever possible.
If you would like to delve deeper into climbing techniques and training methods, or if you would like to progress as a member of a cohesive team, choose from our group training sessions held by our qualified coaches. If you do not find a suitable occasion among these, or if you would rather prepare individually, make an appointment for personal training!
