Climbing

In our bouldering gym, you can climb independently, with the help of an instructor, with group and personal training,
and during special programs.
If you have not tried this sport before and are just entering the vertical world for the first time, 
we advise you to ask for help from our instructors at the reception, who will tell you the basics in 10-15 minutes.
If you are a beginner, please ask for help in learning and practicing the correct technique of falls,
and if possible, climb lower from the top of the wall before jumping off.
The climbing routes are built from holds of the same color, so they are easy for anyone to follow.
6 difficulty levels guarantee that everyone will find a suitable level of challenge for themselves.
The height of the wall is maximum 4.5 meters, belay equipment is not needed, because
falls are cushioned by a continuous 40 cm thick special mattress under the walls. 
If you would like to delve more deeply into climbing techniques, training methods, and develop in the sport as part of a direct team,
then choose from our group training sessions, which are held by our qualified coaches.
If you can't find a suitable opportunity for you, or you just don't want to work in a team, make an appointment for personal training.
