Visitors under the age of 18 are required to provide a parental consent form. While the form can be filled out on-site, we kindly ask you to print and complete it in advance if possible to ensure faster check-in.
For the first visit, we can accept a scanned version sent via email; however, for the second visit, entry may be refused without the original, printed copy. In the case of an email submission, please send the digital document to gravityrecepcio@gmail.com.
