The use of the climbing gym means acknowledging that the user is aware that climbing is an increasingly dangerous, i.e. extreme sports activity, and that thus such activities are more likely to carry the risk of accidents resulting in minor or major injuries. A person who intends to use the climbing gym with the knowledge of these circumstances is presumably counting on these threats. We hereby inform you that by using the climbing gym, the user acknowledges that in the course of his sports activity he bears the damage normally associated with the given activity, which is part of the normal risk, as a voluntary risk.
By accepting this statement, I declare that if, despite the precautions, I still suffer an accident involving personal injury, I will not file any legal claim against TOPOUT Mászósport Szolgáltató Kft.
