Our Training Types:
Children’s Training:
We welcome children aged 7–14 who are just getting to know the sport or already have experience but would like to progress faster with coaching assistance. These 1.5-hour sessions include a warm-up, technical training, playful and complex wall tasks, as well as bodyweight strength training and stretching. For those under 7 years old, we recommend the skill development sessions of the Snow Leopard Foundation. In the case of exceptionally disciplined children with good movement skills, the coach may make an exception, but this requires a prior personal consultation.
Beginner Training:
We primarily welcome applications from those who are new to climbing or wish to review the basics. We analyze and practice all movement elements encountered during climbing, from basic techniques to tasks requiring more serious coordination. Alongside technical training, we also focus on developing general fitness. If this is your first encounter with bouldering, please utilize our free instructor service before the session! Knowing the basic rules beforehand helps the group progress effectively.
Advanced Training:
We welcome those who stably climb yellow boulders and know the basics and rules. These sessions are climbing-centric: coaches help refine technique and fitness in small groups using routes with styles and difficulties suited to the participants’ abilities. Developing the motor and coordination skills essential for advanced climbing plays a major role, along with a complex training program and strength building.
Pro/Overhang Training:
In “Zupi’s” sessions, the main focus is on climbing overhanging walls; in most cases, participants are “pulling crimps” on the 60-degree wall. These classes are for those who move comfortably on red or black routes.
